Tuesday August 23, 2011 marks the eighty-fourth anniversary of the execution of Sacco and Vanzetti. The murder trial of two obscure Italian anarchists was one of the country’s most controversial and memorable cases. Much has been written already online about the saga, I will not add to the trove.
